In appreciation of your support of Adventureline products, we proudly offer free postage and handling within Australia for all orders over $30. This bonus will automatically be applied to all orders over $30. – All orders under $30 will incur a $10 shipping cost.

Corporate wear that requires company logo embroidery will be shipped directly from our suppliers and will usually require more time. We will notify you of the expected delivery time when you place your order.
 

Express delivery
If you require your order sooner, we can package and post your order via Express Post. This postage option will incur an additional fee. This service is not covered by our free postage policy.


Our refund/exchange policy
We stand by our appreciation for high quality and detail. As mentioned in our guarantee, if you purchase an Adventureline product that falls short of your expectation, you are invited to return it for a full refund or new exchange item.


Returns or exchanges by mail:
 

1. Package the item with receipt

Please package the return item with a copy of your original sales receipt. Be sure the invoice has the correct information included: your name, address, and phone number.


2. Post your return item

Please post your return to the following address:

The return postage is the responsibility of the customer. However, if you are deciding to exchange an item because of a change of mind toward size, colour or item itself, Adventureline will post your replacement free of charge. As we are not liable for the loss of garments being returned or exchanged, we recommend you post refund/exchange items via registered mail. Please allow three to four weeks for complete exchange or refund process to take place.


Merchandise purchased at a retail store

If you wish to return or exchange item(s) purchased at one of our company stores or retailers, you are required to return it to the store you purchased it from. The store’s return and exchange policies will apply. If you are unable to return the item, please contact our service staff on the details below.
